hi i am going to tell you how to solve gta san andreas mouse problem . in this error the mouse does not work .
it may work in the menus but not in gameplay . just go to pause menu , options , controls , mouse controls ,

keep turning inveryt mouse setting on and off for 3 seconds , problem will be solved .
